eReadingPro presents at the 10th World Down
Syndrome Congress in Dublin, Ireland
The eReadingPro system of teaching children to read
will be presented at the 10th World Down Syndrome
Congress in Dublin, Ireland between August 20th to
22nd.
Down Syndrome Ireland is delighted to host
and welcome participants at this internationally
renowned conference. The theme for the
Congress is "Lifelong Living and Learning", as it
stresses the fact that individuals with Down
syndrome and their families continue to develop
throughout their lifetimes. There will be a full
program of age appropriate workshops and leisure
activities for children, adolescents and adults.
Areas of topic at the conference will include:

An exciting addition to the conference is the
1st International Synod of People with Down
Syndrome. The inaugural International Synod
of people with Down syndrome will take place on
Wednesday 19th August the day before the main
Congress begins. This prestigious and high profile
event will give adults and young people with Down
syndrome an opportunity to meet their peers from
across the globe and to discuss issues that affect
their daily lives including employment and living in
the community. The format will be in a parliamentary
style and the Synod will be afforded appropriate
recognition by political representatives in Ireland.
eReadingPro is thrilled to have the opportunity
to introduce our reading program to Europe and its
neighbouring countries! It is our goal to touch lives on every continent
and this will allow our amazing program to be viewed
by many parents and educators who may not yet be
familiar with us.
